Cancellation of Contract Within 1-3 days, receive full refund of Down payment. Within 4-7 days, receive refund minus 50.00 for services or supplies purchased by Sharon's Sensations. After 7 days the down payment is non-refundable.

Responsibilities of Wedding Planner -Set meeting to outline the details of creating a memorable event. 1. Arrange appointments for shopping:        -Wedding party dresses (includes fabric if made)       -Rental facilities (Church, hall, prompts)       -Wedding accessories 2.  Plan the decorations (colors & design) for Church and/or reception site. 3.  Arrange meeting with caterer, musician, floral designer, bakery (etc.). 4.  Advise/review announcements, programs & gifts. 5.  Arrange appointment for men's tuxedos. 6.  Have both Mother's coordinate & select dresses. 7.  Advise for limousine, carriage or other special transportation. 8.  Advise for bridal shower with Maid of Honor. 9.  Advise on plan for rehearsal dinner. 10. Remind couple to check with local authorities for marriage license and waiting period requirements. 1. Plan to decorate Church day before wedding and if possible be completed before rehearsal. 2. Review programs with couple with emphasis on music, special vows, unity candle & communion. 3. Plan for rehearsal with everyone in ceremony. 4. Arrange dismantle of decorations and clean-up of church. 5. Plan for decorating reception site day before wedding- table, chairs, center pieces, etc. 6. Arrange for clean up of reception site; verify that Caterer is responsible the total clean up of Kitchen. Assign person for any rental return.

Floral Design 1. Shop for flowers -color & design. 2. Review list of participants in wedding: Prepare flowers according to role of participant (bride, groom, attendants, ushers, greeters, etc.) 3. Create center pieces for reception. (by request - additional fees my apply) 4. Arrange delivery of flowers. 5. Includes use of Unity Candle stand if needed (Unity Candle set not included). 6. Includes setup of Guest & Gift Center (Wishing Well & Guest Book not included)  Home Staging 1. Assess staging needs 2. Arrange for shopping by budget standards. 3. Complete the décor' transformation.
